Our Goals

The boundaries of the East 62nd Street Association are 5th Avenue to the West and 3rd Avenue to the East. Our aim is to create residential streets with beauty and neighborliness.  In the website, we will provide news of what is happening. It is of course our primary goal for more residents to take an interest in the Association.

The Association's efforts are directed primarily towards two purposes: 

1. To beautify our blocks by flower planting, the cleaning of tree beds and the care of trees.

2. To help residents of our blocks in their desires to rid themselves of public nuisances. This often involves interaction with the precinct police and other civic authorities.
